How do I determine what size to buy?

London Couture looks are based on American standard size scale. All sizes are true to size. You’d purchase the same size you would any other store or site.

What if my garment does not fit?

All sales are final, so please ensure that you have selected the correct size based on your usual purchasing preferences. While our garments typically fit comfortably, we suggest having a local tailor available for adjustments if you won't be able to visit London Couture for alterations.

When will I receive my garment?

Please note, all orders will take 10-15 business days to produce. Once your garment is complete tracking details will be sent and general shipping time will apply at that point (3-5 business days) if you have not paid for expedited shipping in which is 3 business days from original order placement.

Do you have “Ready to Wear garments”

No, all of London Couture looks are custom made to order.

What if I want a specific look in a different fabric or color?

London Couture loves to cater to your specific fashion needs. If you have a specific idea that is not on the site to purchase, simply send us a direct message of what you are looking for and allow up to 48 hours for response of your order.
