Shipping
U.S. Domestic shipping
U.S. domestic standard shipping time is normally 3-5 business days.
Expedited shipping will ship in 2-3 business days sometimes sooner. Please consider shipping time does not account for production time. Production time is up to 20 business days to make your garment unless you have paid for a rush order.
Rush orders are a additional $150.00 fee from original cost of your garment and will be shipped in 1-3 business days(in some cases sooner). Please note any order placed after 3pm will not ship until the following business day.
Please note that rush orders can not always be filled. In those cases a email will be sent to you with further instructions. Rush order fulfillment is solely based on our work flow at the time of you order placed.
International shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
Please note all orders are subject to state postal services and London Couture will not be held liable for any late, lost or damaged packages by mailing services. Issues and concerns about mailing must be directed to your local postal service.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES:
All purchases are made to order. As a result, we do not offer exchange or return on any items purchased. With most recent Covid 19’ procedures in place; it is most important to ensure accuracy of sizing prior to purchase. Once order has shipped, we do not accept ANY returns thereafter.
